Thesis Review Guidance
Dear Departmental Thesis Reviewer:
You play an important role in the graduation process of the graduate students within your department, and you have the power to make the deposit process either smooth or stressful. Graduate students depend upon your knowledge of University requirements, procedures, and deadlines in order to navigate through the deposit process.
Most graduate students approach deposit with anxiety: it is the culmination of a long and frequently arduous academic journey. Deposit often follows the stress of a final oral defense, long series of revisions, conflicts with advisors and committee members, and also numerous personal stresses. Through our knowledge, expertise, and willingness to help, we can help students through the final hoops of completing an advanced degree.
